Pinot Blanc Am Zaum

Pinot Blanc, known as Weissburgunder in Austria, is an internationally widespread variety and the youngest member of the Pinot family. It is recognizable from its delicate, often restrained bouquet and its soft acidity that often makes it an ideal blending partner with other white Pinot varieties.

Michael Malat’s Pinot Blanc from the vineyard “Am Zaum” is bright green-yellow, brioche and delicate fruit in the nose with nutty, yeasty notes, on the palate a fresh, tender – crisp bouquet. Dense, fruity bodies of supple richness and subtle spice, perfect harmony and a long finish.
