100% Grüner Veltliner. Biodynamically farmed, hand harvested, all Estate fruit from the Bisamberg vineyard site, specifically the single vineyard, “Gabrissen.” With a southern exposition, this site is rich with löss and a high content of limestone, remnants of an ancient seabed.
